Puh-la-teez Studio is currently closed. I closed the studio Saturday, April 23rd, 2022. This site is not being maintained regularly, but will be used when I reopen the studio in the future.
As some of you know, I have gone back to homeschooling my kids. It has been so rewarding being with them, but it has been hard juggling running the studio and giving my kids the attention they need. Unfortunately, for all of my clients, I am going to take a break from teaching Pilates for now. I started my studio 15 years ago and have put so much hard work into building it up to what it is. I couldn’t have done it without the support and loyalty from all of you. This decision wasn’t easy to make, but I feel this next chapter of focusing more on my family is the path I need to take.

Private SessionsThere is no better way to do Pilates than during a one on one private session. During each private session, your workout is catered to your fitness level and personal goals. It is recommended to do a private session prior to joining a group class. Private sessions are scheduled by appointment.

Prenatal PilatesDoing Pilates during pregnancy will help keep you strong and flexible. Every workout, whether Mat, Reformer, Tower or Chair, the exercises can be modified to accommodate your stage of pregnancy. If you are new to Pilates, a private session is required to help guide you through a proper prenatal Pilates class.
