This is a 30 minute cardio Pilates class on the Pilates Reformer with the Jumpboard attachment.
The Jumpboard is the only way to get an intense cardio workout in a Pilates class.
In this class you will be strengthening and lengthening your legs, improving coordination, increasing cardio stamina and burning calories!
