3/28 at 9am - Back to Basics Pilates Mat Classwith Pat Curr:
This class is taught for students of all levels. It is meant to bring you back to the importance of alignment, balance, breath and whole body awareness. Exercises will be explained thoroughly and modifications will be given to those who need them.
3/28 at 10:15am - Classical Order Pilates Mat Classwith Angela Pruitt:
This Pilates Mat class is taught in the classical order taught by Joseph Pilates himself. It is a fluid movement from one exercise to the next. Modifications will be given to those who need them and all levels are welcome to this class.
3/29 at 10am - Beginner Pilates Mat Class with Jennifer McEllen:
This is a mat class for those who are new to Pilates or who just like their Pilates workout at a slower pace. Exercises will be broken down and explained thoroughly. Modifications will be given to those who need them. All are welcome.
3/29 at 11:15am - Advanced Pilates Mat Class with Bridget Kolshak:
This is a fast paced Pilates Mat class for experience students who have taken plenty of Beginner/Intermediate Pilates Mat classes. There will be very few breaks, a lot of abdominal exercises and a few inversion exercises. Definitely for those who like to work hard.
What is the Pilates Jumpboard?
The Jumpboard is an attachment added to the foot of the Pilates Reformer. Incorporating the Jumpboard into the traditional Reformer or Tower class is the only way to get an intense cardio workout in a Pilates class. With the Jumpboard class you will be strengthening and lengthening your legs, improving coordination, increasing cardio stamina and burning calories!
